Return Policy

We want our customers to be happy, so we will do our best to ensure that you are pleased with your one-of-a-kind handmade product!

If you are dissatisfied with the merchandise because it is defective or damaged you may return the item(s) within 14 business days.

  • Upon receipt of the item(s) Fox & Hare Creations , LLC will issue a full refund

    • Your credit card will be credited within 15 business days

    • If you paid cash at a craft show a refund check will be issued within 15 business days

 

All yarn, must be in original hank to receive refund.

All tags must be on item(s) to receive refund.

Proof of Purchase required to receive refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We will not be able to refund, reimburse or resend items that are lost or stolen in the mail.

We do not offer exchanges.

We do not offer refunds on custom orders.

We do not offer refunds on items which you have already received, but changed your mind about.

Terms of Service

Hello and welcome to Fox & Hare Creations LLC, home to hand made one-of-a-kind products. Thank you so much for stopping by checking out the shop, what did you find and fall in love with? I hope it’s amazing!

Now, I guess to get to the nitty gritty

As of April 28, 2022 these are are the following terms of service:

-Please always be kind and warm, remember we are a small business and often times are a one-person-show.

-Payments are processed through Stripe and PayPal, and in-person electronic sales (i.e. craft shows) are processed through Square

-Patterns purchased from the website strictly for personal use. Please contact us at foxandharecreations@gmail.com for additional inquiries or questions in regards to patterns. Free patterns are fine to make small amounts of, but be kind and credit where the pattern originally came from, Fox & Hare Creations.

-All sales are final during promotional sales. No returns are accepted, unless product is received damaged or defective.

-In questionable situations in regards to orders, we will do a full investigation into the order and request messaged to us.

Shipping

Shipping will occur every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, accept on U.S.A Federal holidays, because the U.S. Postal Service buildings are closed. We have no control over that, so please plan your purchase out accordingly.

If an issue arrises with your order not getting to you, please email us with the tracking number. And we will do out do diligence to figure out what is going on. By chance the package gets lost in the mail, a full refund will be issued to you along with many apologies (this may take up to 15 days to process through the banks, again we don’t have much control in that system).

Your information is safe with us. It will never be shared with anyone outside of the business.

-We do not collect the personal information that you voluntarily provide to us.
