In the shopping section of the website, there in a section label ‘Made-To-Order’ and that is where I am actively taking and will be processing preorders for products. Each product will have a order-placement deadline, and an estimated time for shipping.

Yarn and Fiber Dyeing

Lucid Yarns is the fun colorful name of my fiber line, and each base then has it’s own name. Those names take after either foxes or hares, which makes it an even cuter theme. All my yarns are dyed in small batches (1-2 hanks in the same color), and most are in the fingering weight category (that’s my personal favorite weight to work with). Added bonus, a majority of my inventory is superwash wool or SW wool blends. If you would like a sweater quantity custom dyed, let me know and full payment is required for these special orders.

Silky Lace - 875 yd, 2 ply, 80% Superwash Merino, 20% Silk

Fennec Sock - 463 yd, 4 ply, 75% Superwash Merino, 25% Nylon

Mountain Sock - 400 yd, 2 ply, 100% Superwash Merino Wool

Tolai Worsted - 218 yd, 4 ply, 100% Superwash Merino Wool

Sewing/ Quilting

I use a lot quilt shop quality materials, and quilt everything in house on my sit down quilting machine. Custom quilting is a request from time to time, and max out on a Full/Queen size due to the size and style of my machine. I am working on creating ‘ready-to-buy’ items ranging from bags to home decor and add them to the shop. Need something unique and custom? Just give me a holler and I can see what I can do.

Knitting and Crochet

With my many years of both knitting and crochet, there isn’t much that I can’t do. Afghans, hats, hand dear, and home accessories are items that I tend to gravitate towards. I do prefer to work with superwash wool for wearables and acrylic yarns for home decor items. I can do custom orders and together we can find a yarn and color that will work best for you or your recipient. Keep in mind, some people are allergic to wool and so we will try and find something that won’t cause breakouts.

Embroidery

From quotes to embroidery that reminds you of the good times and more minimalist designs, there are some many things I can stitch for you. I do create hoops that are original works of art and ready to be hung on the wall. My more popular designs are the MT state outline filled with various stitch design work, as well as sassy quotes for the season. These hand made items can be special ordered and made-to-order.

Macrame’

In the macrame field, I generally focus my creativity on my most popular items: wall hanging and plant holders (with and without pots). I do take custom order requests for these items. The material that is primarily used in make my macrame’ goods is 100% cotton or zero-waste cord (basically it is recycled fabric), and either drift wood that is collected by yours truly or other woods that I stain (depends on the vibe of the project).

All estimates are free and flexible according to materials and scheduling. 50% deposit is required for all special requests for embroidery, macrame, and all other hand made goods.
